"BRILLIANT!"

This is so much more than a recipe book. It is a history book, a geography book and a diary tinged with lots of humour all rolled into one. But at its heart is a series of simple yet wonderfully tasty recipes. It is not just about meals on the move either. Karen Wright has produced a brilliant book that would make a superb addition to any recipe collection, and also it would make a superb present. I can highly recommend this book.

"A journal from summer 2023 and also some great recipes"

Karen’s book is made up of three parts. Telling the story of her and her husband’s journey through Europe in 2023 in a motorhome; some reflections on her life journey ..which is wonderful and uplifting to read; and finally it’s full of Mediterranean recipes which aren’t just about cooking in a motorhome but also about making quick and easy meals at home. I have eaten the chicken Provençal so far and it was delicious and I’m looking forward to trying many many more. Bravo…would 100% recommend.

"What a fantastic Cookbook unlike others!"

As soon as I received my copy, I couldn't wait to read it. Not only are the recipes ideal for when I'm away in my caravan, they are useful when I'm at home. However, it is not just 'another cookbook', it's a whole lot more. Karen has led an interesting life and it is lovely to hear her story. The book also talks about the tour that she did and interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this book to anyone with a caravan, motorhome, campervan, trailer tent, tent or just use it at home.

"Fab book with simple and delicious recipes for anywhere!"

I bought the book for inspiration whilst away in our campervan. But I am using it at home and the family have loved everything I have tried. Venetian potatoes are sooo good. Love the photos and Karen's personal story accompanying the recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and there are not too many ingredients to take away with you or find in the kitchen cupboard. This is my go to cook book of the moment. Think it is a good one for recipes and tips for those who struggle a bit with good home cooking. I am trying to avoid any UPF and again this is a good recipe book for quick homemade meals. Definitely recommend buying it.
