Free UK delivery is available on guide books only.

Guides are usually despatched next working day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming it is on its way.
Free UK delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class and is usually delivered within 2-3 working days of despatch.
UK Priority Delivery
UK Priority delivery is available on most items.

Where UK Priority delivery is not available it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Guides order placed before 1pm are usually despatched on the same working day.
Guide orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day.
We work hybrid between the office and home, so maps and other merchandise can take longer to be despatched, but we'll keep you updated as to the progress of your order.

UK Priority delivery is usually via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and is usually delivered the next business day following despatch.
Priority delivery may take longer to the following post codes:
AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, GY, HS1-HS9, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH99, TR21-TR25, ZE

European Delivery
European delivery is available on most items.

European delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked and is usually delivered within 3-5 working days of despatch.
Goods delivered to Europe may be liable for Customs duties in accordance with local import rules. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, may receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we can not offer assistance in this process. We advise that you check local imports charges before ordering.
Rest of World Delivery
Rest of World delivery is available on most items.

Christmas and the New Year
Our warehouse is closed between Christmas and the New Year.
Orders will usually be despatched on the last working day before Christmas. We begin shipping again on the first working day in the New Year.
Last postage dates can be found on the Royal Mail website. You should expect postal delays on all orders placed in December.
